RuxiGo offers Emergency Delivery for small packages that require fast, direct, and professional delivery service. This policy explains what we deliver, how delivery works, and important restrictions.
RuxiGo Emergency Delivery is a same-day, on-demand courier service for small items such as small boxes, envelopes, small bags, urgent documents, and medical/business-related small items (non-controlled / non-restricted). This service is direct delivery (no stops unless approved).
Maximum weight: 10 lbs. Must fit safely inside the vehicle and must be properly sealed and ready for transport.
Available based on driver availability and distance. Rockford and surrounding cities. Chicago suburbs by request.
Scheduled based on availability, pickup readiness, and traffic. Delivery times are not guaranteed due to traffic/weather.
Customer must provide pickup and delivery addresses, contact names/phones, and entry instructions. Package must be ready at pickup.
Completed when handed to recipient, delivered to reception, or left in a safe spot only if requested in writing. Proof may include confirmation message/photo.
Short wait may be included. Extended waiting may cause additional fees or cancellation.
No illegal items, weapons/ammo, drugs/controlled substances, alcohol/tobacco, hazardous materials, live animals, cash/gift cards/high-value jewelry unless approved.
Customer is responsible for packaging, correct info, and recipient availability.
Emergency service cancellations may be limited. Fees may apply if driver dispatched/arrived.
Based on distance, urgency, time of day, and waiting time. Quote provided before delivery begins.
