Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RuxiGo LLC (“RuxiGo,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website, booking a ride, or receiving transportation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

  • Airport transfers (O’Hare, Midway, Rockford & surrounding areas)
  • Point-to-point transportation
  • Hourly chauffeur service
  • Senior transportation

We operate professional, private Black SUV transportation in Rockford, Illinois and the Greater Chicago area.

2. Booking Requirements

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
  • Select a service type
  • Choose a date and time
  • Complete secure payment through Stripe Checkout

Stripe collects your name, email, phone number, and payment information. We do not store full card details.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices may vary depending on distance, time, traffic, tolls, parking, and special requests
  • Hourly bookings have a 2-hour minimum
  • Senior transportation has a 3-hour minimum
  • Airport and point-to-point trips are priced individually based on mileage
  • A confirmed booking is accepted only after payment is successfully completed

4. Cancellations & Refunds

A. Standard Rides & Airport Transfers

  • Free cancellation if canceled 12 hours or more before pickup
  • 50% fee for cancellations within 12 hours
  • No refund for cancellations within 2 hours

B. Hourly & Senior Transportation

  • Free cancellation if canceled 24 hours in advance
  • 50% fee for cancellations within 24 hours
  • No refund for cancellations within 6 hours

C. No-Shows

  • Airport & pickups include 30 minutes of waiting time, then it becomes a no-show
  • No-shows are non-refundable

5. Service Conditions

A. Wait Time

  • Airport transfers: first 30 minutes included
  • All other rides: first 10 minutes included
  • Additional waiting time may incur extra charges

B. Safety & Conduct

  • Riders must wear seat belts at all times
  • Avoid illegal or unsafe activity
  • Respect the driver and vehicle
  • RuxiGo may refuse service to anyone behaving dangerously, abusively, or unlawfully

C. Damage & Cleaning Fees

  • Customers are responsible for damage or excessive mess
  • Cleaning fees apply for spills, biohazards, smoking, or vaping
  • Fees are determined based on the incident

6. Flight Delays

  • We track flights for airport pickups and adjust pickup times at no extra charge when notified
  • If a flight is canceled or diverted without notice, additional charges may apply

7. Liability

  • Not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, construction, or circumstances outside our control
  • Not liable for lost or damaged luggage or personal items
  • Not responsible for costs from missed flights or appointments due to unavoidable delays
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking

8. Personal Data & Privacy

  • Information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, including trip details, contact info collected by Stripe, payment processing, and service records
  • We do not sell or share your information with advertisers

9. Changes to Terms

  • RuxiGo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time
  • The date at the top reflects the latest version
  • Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms
