Welcome to RuxiGo ("RuxiGo," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, booking form, or transportation services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
RuxiGo provides pre-booked private black SUV transportation and related services. We do not operate as a rideshare network and do not provide on-demand transportation. Availability is limited and reservations are subject to confirmation.
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability.
A reservation is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from RuxiGo (and, if applicable, after the required deposit payment is successfully processed).
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, date/time, and contact information.
A $50 deposit may be required at booking to secure your reservation.
Any remaining balance is due later (typically prior to or at the time of service, as communicated by RuxiGo).
Prices and estimates (including mileage/time estimates) may be based on third-party mapping tools and can vary due to route changes, traffic, detours, or customer-requested changes.
Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, tolls, parking, cleaning fees, or other non-standard requests, when applicable and communicated.
Customer Cancellations / Changes
If you need to cancel or change a reservation, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation and refund treatment for deposits may vary depending on notice and the specifics of the reservation. RuxiGo will communicate the applicable policy at the time of booking/confirmation.
No-Shows
If you are not present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time and cannot be reached, the ride may be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.
Be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
For airport pickups, flight tracking may be used when flight details are provided, but you are responsible for confirming accurate flight information and communicating changes.
Waiting time beyond a reasonable period may be subject to additional charges.
Passengers agree to:
Follow driver instructions related to safety and vehicle rules.
Treat the vehicle with care.
Refrain from illegal activity in the vehicle. RuxiGo may refuse service to anyone whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.
You assume all risks associated with travel to the extent permitted by law.
RuxiGo is not liable for delays caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control (traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, emergencies, or third-party actions).
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
All content on this website (text, branding, logos, images, and design) is owned by RuxiGo or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
We may rely on third-party services (e.g., payment processors, mapping tools, email providers). We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or interruptions.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
